I just switched cabins on the Grand Princess. I was on Baja 425, right by the elevator. Now, a room on Aloha opened up, room 517, but the difference is, the one on Baja was 160 square feet and this one is now 182 square feet. It is also on its side unlike the otehr cabins and directly below the pool. 1) will the pool above me be annoying, 2) is the layout going to be different since it is on its side? Look at the deck plan if you want. Also, I was one deck below previously and i was told if you get seasick to stay towards the bottom, well, I am almost as high up as you can go on a huge ship. Do you think one floor will make a difference? Thanks.

The higher you go, the more you feel the motion. However, you'll be on a huge ship and should be alright. I don't think one floor will make a difference one way or another.

This does help. I know it will be hurricane season still (November 9), so if we hit a storm, I will get sick no matter where I am located. I am just hoping for smooth sailing. And I will be prepared (wearing the patch) just in case. Thanks again.
