We are looking into the Adventure of the Seas for March 04. My daughter will be 3. She doesn't like the shower. Is the shower handle removeable so I can wash her down with a little more control of the water? And will I be able to do so without getting the whole bathroom and myself soaking wet. I am trying to picture how this will work. we don't want to spend 800 dollars more for a suite with a tub.
Dayna.
PS I love having this resource for my family cruising questions. Our Disney cruise last year was great. Thanks for all your advice.
Yes, the shower handle is removeable so you can actually hose her down! That's what we do! With our toddler, one of us gets in with him in our bathing suits because it may get a little bit wet and messy -- but it works!

Excellent question Dayna!!
We are taking a Carnival cruise on the PARADISE...does anyone know what the shower facilities are like on this ship? Is there a removable hand-held shower on this?
I have been on dozens of cruises and can't remember any showers that were NOT removeable shower heads. (The ships are constructed in Europe and that is the European style of making showers....)
We have a small inflatable bathtub purchased 6-7 years ago from www.onestepahead.com. We have used it often with our kids. I think the price is about $16 now. Sure is cheaper than the $800 suite.
