Default Formal night/Kid's dinner

I remember on past Carnival cruises, on formal nights, you can take your child to Camp Carnival for dinner and they will feed your child. Will they do that for children younger than 2 (just for the dinner)?

On my last Carnival cruise (2/03) it was only for 2 and up. I think the only thing they offered for the under 2's was slumber party babysitting late at night and on port days.

They do offer babysitting services - basically those not working on the cruise at the time, spa workers, etc. who are available to babysit in your cabin for a fee.

Actually, according to Carnival's main office, they do NOT offer private babysitting. INstead, it's just the group babysitting after 10 p.m. Only a few lines offer private babysitting, including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Holland America.
Smooth sailing,
