Default lanyards for room keys

Have seen people with their room keys on a lanyard they wear around their neck. Can anyone tell me where to get them and how to punch a hole for card. Have 13 & 17 year old with us this trip and thought this would be a good idea for them. Thanks

what cruise line are you on? Cause you can buy a lanyard in the gift shop. If you would rather bring your own that fine too. Just go down to the pursers desk and ask them to puch a hole in your card and they do it for you.
Good Luck and have fun!

They had them in the gift shop on the Conquest for 4.99 and they have a hole punch right there that they use in the gift shop

We usually go to the gift shop and purchase them on board. You could probably get them at home at a KMart, Walmart, Target, either in the sporting goods or luggage depts.

I bought a few lanyards yesterday at OLD NAVY. They will punch a hole for you at the pursers desk on NCL ships, and probably other lines as well.

We got ours at Old Navy too... last year.. and have them ready for this year's cruise!!

The Old Navy ones are a bit tricky... one punch won't do the trick... it has to be punched almost 1 1/2 times.. a little bigger.....

I like the Old Navy ones, because they are not bulky.. and are easy to wear!

Here is a pic of my son wearing his last year.... ( the first few pics)

We always left our room keys behind not knowing that we could take them. I just found out about the hole punch and lanyards a fews days ago from my TA. My 13 year old will have a key but not too sure if I want one for my 9 year old.

Just FYI....saw the USA (red/white/blue) lanyards for $1 at Target last weekend. It is even set with a keychain or clip so you can use for real keys or punch cards. Very nice investment especially with the two kids!

Got ours at Sports Authority and bought I.D. holders for the sign & sail cards from Office Max. The holes are punched on the palstic I.D. holders. Hope this helps.

if you go to the casino, they have the lanyards & they will punch holes, i guess for the adults only, on Carnival. But who will know.
