Thinking of booking a cruise for family of four, 3 year old and 17 year old girls. Does anyone have any info about how this would be for the girls? Also, does anyone have any input on how it would be having the four of us in a oceanview stateroom? Thoughts welcome, thanks.
Generally you would have to book a room with two upper berths (beds) and two lower berths. You may want to sleep up top (or your spouse) rather than your 3 year old, since it's high up.
Youth programs start at age 3 (most ships require kids be potty trained) until 17 years, except on Carnival. The teen program is up until age 15 years.
Why don't you read some of the articles I've written on this site for more details on cruising with kids?
