All of the posted questions/answers about toddlers are great, very helpful! Our daughter will be 18 months old when we go on a cruise next April 2005 (Enchantment of the seas - W. Caribbean). Do the cabins have small refrigerators to old milk or milk bottles? If not, how do you suggest we go about keeping milk cold? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
If you don't have a fridge, the cabin steward can keep your ice bucket filled, just let him/ her know you need that. You can grab an extra milk carton or two at breakfast and keep them on ice in your room. Then replenish your supply by getting extra cartons at each meal. You can also get more from toom service, but it takes awhile (30-45 minutes) to come, so plan ahead and on some lines you need to have cash to tip the person who brings your order (RCI) but I think on carnival they bring tabs with 0 balance and you can charge the tip. Also I'd keep some apple juice to appease your child if you're waiting for milk, I always watered the juice down for mine. Then give the milk when you have it.
I checked w/my contacts at Royal Caribbean and the Enchantment does not have a frig in the room. They said, however, that prior to your cruise, you could call customer service and they could probably arrange for a mini frig to be delivered to your room.

We had one in our room on Enchantment, but it was a balcony room. We grabbed extra yogurt and milk at breakfast too for later in the day. You can always get milk from one of the restaurants, but if you can get a fridge, its much easier!
