Default time changes while on ship

Hello. My family of 4 (12 and 8 yo daughters) will be on the Spirit on 2/21/05. Do you know if the ship's clock changes according to time zones? We are leaving San Diego and going down the Mexican Riviera....do the dinner times change accordingly or does the ship stay with California time? Thanks for the input.

On our Mexican Riviera cruise with Carnival (Elation), the times did change. As long as you check your Carnival Capers (the bulletin your steward will put in your room each night) you won't be confused. It will be right on the front page.

thanks for the input. Just want to plan ahead with the eating....if the time does change, then our dinner will be 2 hours earlier than planned.
