Any experience with Camp Carnival on the Legend?

We are sailing in January. My Kids had a great experience at the Spirit Camp Carnival and I hope that the Legend is just as good...Any thoughts/experience would be greatly appreciated!

Most Camp Carnival activities similar from ship to ship. The only difference is the layout and size of the main youth room where the little kids hang out. I sailed on Carnival Victory with my kids last spring and wrote a review that you can find on the main home page of the family cruise site: "Exploring Camp Carnival."

We were on Carnival Legend during Spring Break this year. Our experience with the Camp Carnival staff on Legend was pretty consistent with that on other Carnival ships, except that being Spring Break they seemed overwhelmed with the amount of children. They were very nice to the kids, but were a bit disorganized, and kind of snappish to the parents. Drop off and pick up were very long lines and I had to wait in two different lines because my kids were in different age groups, even though they ended up in the same room. They did an Easter egg hunt which had us traipsing up and down stairs and all over the ship. Even though they ran out of eggs toward the end, my kids still remember that as being really fun. You won't encounter these crowded conditions in January so all should go well.
