Is MSC "Lirica" child friendly?

We are looking into going on a 10 day Carribean cruise on the ship "Lirica" with our 2 children, 4 and 8 yrs. We were wondering whether anyone has travelled on that ship with their children? Were there enough activitis for he kids? How was the food, cabins etc.? we would appreciate any info tha you can provide.....Thx, Nadie

I seriously doubt if there will be much in the way of services for your kids. This ship is marketed primarily to a non-U.S. audience, and seeing how this is a 10-day cruise there probably won't be that many children on board.

If you want to have them with you the whole time then it is not a problem, but if you are looking for kid's activities and services like baby-sitting you would probably do better on one of the mainstream cruise lines.

I tend to agree with Paul. However, I'll email my contacts at MSC and see what they have to say about children's activities and facilities and let you know.
