Hi:
It'd be helpful for readers to know the exact departure date of your cruise. I wouldn't expect tons of kids on an April European cruise -- there will be more during the summer months. But since it's Carnival which always has kids on board, there are bound to be some your children's ages.

Was just looking at the same cruise but we will be going on the 24 July sailing. Please post when you return and let us all know how the ship was. I'll be sailing with a 2 1/2 year old and a 7 month old. Any tips from someone who's been on the ship will be great.
