Advice: Carnival Glory or RCCL Mariner w/ 7 month old
Hello Everyone,
Great message boards here...learning a lot.
We are looking to cruise out of Port Canaveral in March of 2007 with our newborn who will be 8 months old in March. We went on the Glory in 2004 w/out child and had a great time.
So now trying to decide between the Glory and the Mariner. This will be for an Easter Caribbean cruise. Both around around the same price.
Either ship is good for infants. Here's what each offers for babies:
*Carnival has group babysitting in the youth room a few mornings when the ship is in port and evenings after 10 p.m.
* RCCL has private babysitting but it's for those over one year old. However, they offer Aqua Babies which is a daily 45 minute interactive program offered by Fisher Price aboard RCCL ships. A parent has to be with the baby during that time.
Let me know what you decide.
Smooth Sailing,
