Default Just back from the RCI Explorer with toddler--any questions?

We just got back from our first cruise. We were on the RCI Explorer with our 3 year old. Any questions?

How did your child like the Fischer Price programming? How early was it offered? (Usually it's very early in teh a.m.) Did many other little ones attend?

Thanks,

The cut off age is 36 months for the program. It usually took place around starting at 8:30 in the morning. Our daughter was too old to participate so sadly I am unable to comment on how the program was.

How did she like the "regular" camp? We will be sailing this ship in 2008 and our kiddos will be 9 and 6 by then.

It will be their third cruise but first on RC. We know what to expect on Carnival and they LOVE their camps, so we're curious!

We will be sailing with a three year old in April 2008. This will be our second time on AOS, but the first time, our kids were teenagers -- the baby was a bit of a surprise :-)

Having never sailed with a toddler, can you give me some insight into the activies available for that age range.

If your child is 3 years old, she/he can participate in the youth program as long as your littl eone is potty trained. If he/she isn't trained, then there is the 45 minute Fischer PRice Aqua Tots programming daily -- you'll have to accompany your child to that session.

Smooth sailing,
