Balcony or no Balcony for 3 year old and 10 month old
We going on our first cruise as a family on the Carnival Pride to the Mexican Riverea in Dec. I've already reserved a balcony room for us, but I'm concerned about safety for my kids.
Anyone have experience to help me decide on this, I have a week to change it to a regular oceanview room. thanks.
What Kuki said. I have purchased stick on alarms that would sound if the balcony door was opened. So if by chance I was in the bathroom, asleep etc... I would be alerted to someone opening the door.
Balconies are great when cruising with kids, it gives a couple a quiet place to go and relax while the kids are sleeping.
Yes, balconies are great for hanging out when your little ones are napping or going to bed early. It beats hanging out in a dark cabin! Just make sure kids are always attended on the balcony.
