Help! We need kids activities in Samana, Tortola and St Thomas

We are looking for fun (preferably affordable) port activities to do with our kids, who are almost 5 and 6. In December, we will be on the Norwegian Pearl in the following ports:
Samana
Tortola
St. Thomas

A good idea is to go through all the excursions by going to the NCL web-site. Get a good idea of the different things you can do on the islands. They should also post the price of each tour.
