Cruise to Nowhere

We are taking the Carnival Victory from Newport News to nowhere in October. What are the dress codes for this two nighter? Is there a formal night? Also where can I find info on the pier location, parking etc. Thanks.

My wife and I are also going on a cruise to nowhere on Oct 12th From Newport news. But my travel agent said that it may depart from Norfolk because of parking problems. So you may want to call your agent or carnival before yhe sail date to make sure. This will be our first cruise and we can't wait.
