Dinner Dress..

First of all.. let me warn you. I am so darned excited for my first crusie next February that I think you may see a lot of questions from me.

Okay... let's get started.

What is dress like on non-formal days. Is a casual sun dress for me, and a golf shirt with dockers okay for my husband? We are crusing the Voyager. I have bought some fabric and plan to make a couple of fun sun dresses, but I am worried it may be too dressy.. or not dressy enough. I don't quite know what the line expects from us.

Actually the idea of sun dresses for the casual dress nights are just perfect, I always take one or two for those nights myself. Just be sure to pack a sweater, the dinning rooms tend to be chilly, although while on Explorer I did not find that problem, but I had one just in case. Also the polo type shirt and dockers for your husband is just what I pack for mine, no problem.

I think the sundress idea is perfect. Just drag along a light cotton cardigan because the air conditioning can be somewhat agressive.

The dockers and a polo for Mr. Jillian is perfect. He won't need socks, which should cut down on the packing.
