I am traveling on the Celebration on the 18th. I would like to know if you use the blue card when you gamble or do you need cash, or cc. I really have loads of questions so if there is a chat room that I can go to that would be a help.

Hi Sherry,
The casinos on ships use cash only. However, u use a credit card to secure you "Sail & Sign Card" (the blue card), and use the "Sail & Sign" for all your shipboard purchases.
You can use the card for purchasing chips in the casino ( I believe Carnival allows $500/day for casino on the card). And this is charged against your credit card as a sale, not a cash advance, so no service charges apply.
