Phone calls and Internet access

I was wondering if there are pay phones in Mexico (Cozumel, Calica)??? If so, can I make phone calls with a pre-paid calling card? If so, do I need to buy a "Mexico" calling card? Living here in Texas, I know there are places where you can buy calling cards for Mexico. Are they only good on calls from the US to Mexico, or can they be used to call the US from Mexico?
Next question...
On Carnival Cruise Lines (specifically Celebration ship) what is the "per minute" rate for internet access???

Hi Kelly,
No, you should be able to use your own pre-paid cards, there are phones in the ports as well as internet cafe's. Actually the internet cafe's on land by the ports are much cheaper, usually around $5 for an hour and fast connections. Onboard internet access varies, but usually around .75 per minute, so it adds up quick.

NO the calling cards do not work. We purchased two 600 minute phone cards from AT&T and they would not work in Cozumel, Grand Caymen or Jamaca. Just got home 3/31 and I had to use charge card.

I don't know about onboard, but we checked our E-amil and send two E-mail messages in Cozumel all for $1
