Default hotels/motels near RC boarding point

Our family is going on our first cruise with Royal Carribean ,on the Navigator , March 22-29th. We would like to find a reasonable hotel/motel near the boarding point. Our plan is to stay the night before and the night after our cruise. Would like to search and book before we get there but , are not familiar with Miami area. Any help would be appreciated. (our family consists of 7 members)

Sounds like you will need two rooms with 2 double beds each. A lot of people have been lucky with getting the Hyatt in Miami on Priceline for about $35 -$40 per night per room for this same time period. Please log onto biddingfortravel.com and read all about how this works. Once you give your credit card number and place your bid, if accepted, your card will be charged plus taxes and fees. Make sure to request the number of rooms that you need.
Bon Voyage

If the Hyatt doesn't work out I can strongly recommend the Miami airport Doubletree. We've been very pleased with it. Reasonable rates, good service and a shuttle to the Port of Miami.

The shuttle used to be $5 a person, but last time we went it was $10. Still a deal, we thought, but with 4 people you will pay less for a cab.
