How Rough are Rough Seas?

First time cruiser - going to Calica/Playa/Cozumel on the Jubilee April 14-18.
Any one sailed the West. Caribean in mid April before? I can handle any sea sickness just don't like the panic. Please help with my fear.

Thanks

I've done that cruise a couple of times in the first week of April. The seas were quite calm and most enjoyable. I hope that helps.

It helps a LOT. I was dreading instead of looking forward to my first cruise but after some kind posters like you shared your experiences - I feel a little better about it. I have a handle on everything but the rough seas and it is good to know that time of year isn't too bad.

Thanks so much
Tarra

not to worry, the ships have great stabalizers, the only time you would encounter any type of "rough seas" and i use that term loosely is if you encountered a storm and then the captain would find a way around it

Thanks Lisa - Have you sailed Western Caribean in April before - wondering about storms?

Really - the support and encouragement helps a lot.

Tarra - we cruised Western Caribbean in January and had beautiful, calm seas, really don't worry about this. Relax and enjoy !
