Default Short Cruise

Neither my husband or I can afford the time off for a 7 day cruise, I am curious to know if anyone has a favorite 3-4 day cruise. I am taking him for a surprise cruise on Sovereign of the Seas in the fall, but I was wondering if there were any really great 3-4 day ones, in case we want to go again sometime! Thank you!

I have been on Sovereign of the Seas twice now and love it, both were the 4 night cruises but now I am looking for a good deal on the 3 night.

There are a few other 3 and 4 night cruises out there:

4 nights Carnival Cruise Lines Sensation
Gulf of Mexico (Tampa Departure)

4 nights Carnival Cruise Lines Celebration
Gulf of Mexico (from Galveston, Texas)

Carnival Cruise Lines Holiday
4-Night Gulf of Mexico (Round-Trip from New Orleans)

3 & 4 nights Royal Caribbean Int'l Majesty of the Seas
Bahamas

3 & 4 nights Carnival Cruise Lines Fantasy
Bahamas

Carnival Cruise Lines Jubilee
4 nights Gulf of Mexico (Round-Trip from Galveston)

Norwegian Cruise Line Norwegian Sky
3-Night Pacific Coast (San Francisco to Vancouver)

I took a 4 day Ensanada cruise on the Carnival Holiday a few years back. She sails out of Long Beach/Los Angeles. We stopped in Catalina Island and Ensanada. If I were to do it again (a short cruise), I wouldn't go out of Southern California. There's really nothing close to the port of Long Beach. Catalina was ok. Ensanada reminded me of Jamaica a little.

Last month, we went on the 7 day cruise out of New Orleans on the Conquest. That was nice! The port is walking distance (for us) to the French Quarters and Riverwalk mall. Lots to see and do. We enjoyed it soo much, we're going to do the same cruise next year and add a few extra days in New Orleans.
