I will be traveling with a group of 17 in Feb. 2004 on the Adventure of the Seas. We will be flying in to San Juan the day before the cruise. What is the easiest and most economical way to get from the airport to the hotel and then the next day to the ship? We will be staying at the Mariott in Old San Juan. Are taxis the best choice or shall we lokk int o limo/shuttle service?
Wish your large group, may be less expensive to find a limo or shuttle service. A few months ago, husband and I used a taxi and it was $18 plus a few dollars for luggage and tip from air port to pier. You may want to also check and see if the hotel has an airport shuttle service you can use, then all you'd have to worry about is getting to the pier from the hotel the next day. Good luck and have a wonderful cruise with your group, sounds like fun!
with a large group you would be better off with a shuttle or limo service. Check and see if the hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport. They may even offer shuttle service from the hotel to the pier.
