I have heard that you can go to Carnival's website and use what they call the Kelly Method to find out about your stateroom. If this is true could someone direct me on where to go on the website to find this info out, or how to use it.
We are sailing on the Carnival Conquest.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
The Kelly method is a technique to find the room they have you in AT THE MOMENT. It involves trying to send yourself a gift through their web site by trying to send it to each room until it let's you do it. That's basically it. But then they could assign you to a different room next week if someone wants to book the room they have you in. Then you have to do it all over again.
Susan, now that they have the FunPass registration, you don't need to go through the tedium of the Kelly method. Go to www.carnival.com/mycruise and do your preregistration. When you get to the end, select the link for gifts and services and put something into your shopping cart. You cabin number will automatically be filled in, if one has been assigned.
I tried going through the Carnival website and purchasing a gift. It asks for your booking # and cabin # when you attempt to add something to your cart. If you don't have both, it will tell you that you cannot order online.
I'm thinking you can call Carnival and ask, or your TA if you have one.
