Default Can you eat low-carb on a cruise?

We eat a low carb diet, not Atkins extreme but definitely limited on the white flour products. I plan to indulge in desserts, etc. but I wonder if it will be easy to stay on the program the rest of the time. How many choices do you have in the dining room? Is there someplace you can always grab a salad or something?

Thanks!

Yes, you can always grab a salad some place and in the dining room you can probably find low-carb dinners on each menu. Also, the waiter will do whatever he/she can to make sure you are accomodated. The waiter will have much experience serving customers on a low carb diet and you should not have any problem.

In fact, you should tell the waiter prior to dinner the first night about your diet and he may even have a special menu for you.

Regards,
Thomas

Salad is always available with dinner. You will normally have one or two beef ,poultry, seafood or pasta entrees to choose from. The menu is always a la carte, the waiters are very helpful just ask them for low-carb suggestions.
