i used hotwire last year and got a great hotel really cheap by the airport. i am going to try priceline for my next cruise. go to hellobc.com. they list all the hotels, ratings, show special package deals for some hotels and all the info on vancouver hotels. and if you are going to have some extra time in vancouver go to land/seatours.com for some great inexpensive tours. i am going to use their pre-cruise tour again. they pick you and your luggage up at the hotel, take you on the tour and then take you right to the peir. no taxis to hassle with and you get a great tour. i really like them. bcpassport.com is another good site for all the vancouver info. have a great time.

Michelle.

I live in Vancouver and there are some hotels I wouldn't let my pet stay in. Always stick to a well known hotel chain.

You could also call Skyland travel 604-685-6885 or toll free 1-888-685-6888, ask for Susie, she is great and she will get you a great deal. Skyland also has a website you can go to www.escapes.ca .

Tell Susie, Bonnie sent you.

Have a great time in Vancouver, so much to see and do.

Bonnie

I agree with Bonnie - we are just 20 minutes from Vancouver - you really have to watch out - some of the downtown places are really bad - and some that call themselves downtown may actually be miles away - stick to the big chains and have a great trip. It is really a beautiful city. TTFN Jennifer
