Yes, you can request separate cards and separate accounts when you sign in.

Hi Maggie,
You can even set up your accounts on-line depending on what cruiseline you are on.

What ship are you sailing?

you can do it in advance on line, or when you get your documents there will be form that will request your credit card number, you fill that form out, and hand it to the clerk with your credit card when you check in at the pier for boarding.

Maggie - Apparently you can just make a copy of the sail and sign form and use it for the other passenger. Thats what I was told to do.
However, one person has to be the "primary" card holder and any phone calls that you might make (dont do it if you dont have to!) will be charged to their card.

Do all adults on Carnival have their own sail and sign card?

I got my "stuff" from NCL this morning .. what the heck is a sign and sail card, I don't believe I received one. With our tickets we got an excursion book, NCL welcome aboard pamplet, International E/D card (whatever that is) , luggage tags, a comment card. that's about it.

Hi Ehpride,
Yes, everyone gets their own sign/sail card, even the kids.. You will need them to re-board the ship when getting off at ports.

Hi Gunn,
You will get your sign/sail card when you arrive at the pier as you are doing all the embarkment papers, not before.

I mean the accounts. Or is there one account per room?

Hi Ehpride,
You can set up your sign/sail card seperately, each using a different credit card if you want. When you get to the pier you can give them the credit card numbers you want to use on what cards.

Default follow-up sign & sail

we are a family of 6 sailing on our first cruise in December. understanding that we each will have a card, do i just assume that all of our cards will be linked to the same credit card???
