Default Are drinks included w/Meals?

Ok, If food is free/included in the cruise price, are regular drinks with meals free?

By regular drinks I mean soda, tea, coffee, iced tea, etc?

If not then do you at least get water with your meals?

On most cruises, drinks like coffee, tea, iced tea, juices, etc., are included. There is usually a fee for soft drinks and, of course, alcoholic beverages. Some of the higher class cruise lines include all drinks.

Thanks for the information.

I am trying to figure out how much money I'll need for this 7 day cruise.

I by no means want to cheat the ship or anything, but money will be tight for me in Jan. due to X-mas and such.

From what I have read my ship can not be classified as one of the "higher class cruise lines".

Hi, which line are you sailing on? Princess includes ice tea anytime( self serve and at meals) where as Carnival includes Lemonade. Regardless of which line, all include tea and regular coffee, and juice at breakfast. So you won't go thirsty if you do not wish to spend extra on drinks.
Depending on which line you take you can also bring on wine , I know Princess allows it, but I am not sure about Carnivals , or other lines policys.

I have a question that falls into this category of "what is included" with your cruise. I have seen plenty of post about the food being included except for specialty restaurants, but what about room service if we choose to eat in our room one night or have pizza? Is that extra? What if we don't eat in the main dining room? Sorry I'm so "green" but thats why I'm reading, and searching, and reading....

These boards are awesome!

all good questions, room service food is included, soda & drinks are extra. The only time you will pay extra for food is if you choose to dine in the specialty restaurants
