holly cow!!!! that is cutting it close. They say that it usually takes about an hour to get your luggage and get to the shuttle area, then if you are shuttling you need to figure in drive time to the port. From what i have been told they stop boarding a half hour before departure. I would seriously think about calling carnival and asking them and then changing your flight time.

woah that is cutting it waaay too close! Too many what if's to take into consideration,(flight delay, luggage dealy, traffic etc, etc) Book an earlier flight. You really want to get in around noon 1 pm. You don't want to be one of those folks running towards the ship as it is pulling away from the dock.

Are you on your own transportation or was it arranged through the cruise line?
If they arranged it, and you are using their transfers, you will be fine. Otherwise you need to find about an hour and a half somewhere.

Do you know what airline you are flying on? Go to their web site & find out if there is an earlier flight. If so, call the airline & ask if you can fly stand-by.

Even though the cruise booked your flight, that's cutting it too close for me.

If it arranged through the cruiseline, there will probably be other people on the same flight going to the ship. It wll be close, but the ship should wait for the guests who they made arrangements for. On our last cruise with Princess, we waited for 1 1/2 hours for the last group of people to make it from the airport. Good luck!

since you arranged your air thru Carnival yo should be just fine. There will be other cruise ship passengers on your flight and they will hold the ship for a reasonable amount of time if your flight is delayed.
