couples

curious about any cruises that cater to couples. We want to get away but don't want to be surrounded by families and young children. Maybe cruises aren't for us but want to ask and would like to go on a cruise

Celebrity Cruise Line does offer some adults only cruises during the year. Also if you cruise when schools are in session, and go on cruises longer than 7 days, you'll generally find very few families onboard.

Then there are also the luxury cruise lines, like Seabourn, SilverSeas, Radisson, Crystal... where they have very few kids onboard as well.

If you want to avoid kids stay away from Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Disney and especially during summer and other school holidays.
