Default Good food ,nightlife and young crowd pool parties

We are couple in late 30s .We were on cruise 8 yrs ago with carival (honeymoon) We enjoyed it but didnt like to have to eat at set time plus get up early to go on shore trips. We are looking for cruise ship with good food (we not into buffet food for 7 days) we like fine dining we love sushi . I am leaning toward HCCL or Celebrity or maybe Princess . We are looking for some nightlife and maybe good show few nights .We dont have kids yet but will be starting family soon .So quiet time would be great doing the day with few pool parties added in . Less the kids running around ,crying etc .

We live in fla so we have alot of option .Looking to book trip end of April after easter break . Please make any suggestion and best place online to book it.

Thanks in advance Capt GB

Princess would fit your needs very nicely. Princess has Anytime Dining - its quality dining in the main dining room, with the same menu as in the Traditional Dining room yet you can dine at the time you choose.
Princess has good nightlife - there is always a dance-show band playing in one of the show lounges, there are discos, casinos, productions shows in the main theatres, deck party night. Princess has much more of a night-life than either Celebrity or HAL.
The atsmosphere on Princess is that of a really nice land based resort hotel. Its casual-elegant, not stuffy or snooty but not glitzy or gaudy.
Princess service is very good.

Princess or even NCL would work for you. NCL being the more casual while still having a formal evening option. Eat whenever and where ever and with whom you choose.
