1st night

are departure time is 4 pm out of NYC on the Carnival Victory.Will there be a lot of on board activities the first night?Or not normally?

Everything will be open, such as niteclubs food areas. There will be an inntroduction show for the crew staff to talk about whats in store for the week. People are usually settling in, putting luggage away, looking over the different areas on the ship, grabbing a bite to eat, and just relaxing for the busy schedule ahead.

Yep, you will have your regular dinner times, and of course the life jacket drill at some point....So, get onboard and start enjoying the ship!

there is always something going on every night. The bars, show lounges, and casino will all be open. There will be a show in the theatre. Most folks are busy getting organized, unpacking, roaming the ship, getting to know the lay-out, making spa appointments, changing dinner reservations etc, etc.

we always have late dinner then go for show by time the show is over
were ready for bed after a long day of travel would sleep like a rock
