Default SEASICKNESS AFTER THE CRUISE?

Hi everyone,

I just returned from a cruise to the Bahamas yesterday (and had an excellent time) but I'm still feeling the effects of the cruise's rocking motion. We had some very rough seas the last couple of nights where no one on board could even walk straight. I woke up today feeling almost even worse than I felt on the cruise--dizzy and unable to walk in a normal fashion. I heard that this occurrence was pretty normal for a couple of days post-cruise, especially for first timers.
Has anyone experienced these symptoms post-cruise and know anything that might alleviate them (more dramamine?)
Thanks in advance.

It happens occassionally, until you get your land-legs back.

Bonine would be fine for a couple of days.

Suzie,

I felt dizzy for about two weeks after our cruise. I put the "positive spin" on it especially at night when I was trying to sleep, and so I dreamed that I was still on the ship!
