No, but as I understand it, you can transfer your booking to a TA of your choice.
The cruise line is interested in:
1. your satisfaction (tho this is at times arguable)
2. your money
3. keeping the TAs in business. It saves them a ton of advertising money to have agents working for way less than other forms of media advertising.
I booked my cruise directly with the cruise line and everything went very smoothly including transfers from airport to pier. I did not book my air flights through them, did that myself (wanted to have control over what airline etc) You should be fine and have a wonderful trip.
No mistake made booking with the cruise line. We have booked 3 times using the cruise line rep. Always got my phone calls returned promptly, also got the lower price if the cabin rate was discounted, had smooth ground transportation. No hidden fees, and if nec. to cancel before my final payment due date there's no penalty fee. (Check with your cruise line for the small print details, read the fine print in the back of their brochure.) Air tickets I book on my own, only because I think its less expensive. Happy Sailing!
