Default Rogue Waves

First time cruiser here and I just finished watching the movie Poseiden and wanted to know what are the chances of a ship getting struck by a rogue wave?

Stop watching ship disaster moves until AFTER your cruise. I have only heard of one incident in the past 20 years. Its well documented and everyone on the ship was just fine. You have a better chance of a slip and fall in your ownn shower then this happening.

Highly unlikely, don't worry about that. Just enjoy your cruise!

You have a better chance of getting hit by lightening within the next seven days then encountering a rouge wave on your cruise.

It's possible to be hit by some rough weather but nothing that would tip over the ship. (Turn Turtle)

I would worry that you won't get the chocolate on your pillow.

Have a WONDERFUL cruise!!!
