Watch carefully the details of the insurance. Some of it covers medical emergencies and some of it doesn't. Your local travel agent should be happy to help you review your options(most carry one or two companies, but some will carry 3 or 4), seeing as how they make anywhere from 20-40% commission on travel insurance(I know, I know, I am betraying trade secrets, but I am not an agent yet).

Just another reason to get travel insurance through a 3rd party, not related to the cruiseline. I've been using CSA for years now and there are many others to choose from. You don't have to limit the coverage the t/a will suggest.
I fully understand that a client doesn't have to go with what a travel agent suggests, but I am aware that each travel agency has contracts with certain travel insurance companies they can sell, being that I am currently in a travel course through a correspondance travel school.
