Hey Everyone, I am a hospitality business management major at Washington State University. I am working on a group project and we have to write a paper on the following:
The cruise ship industry is renowned for stressful work conditions and sketchy human resource policies. It is unknown to many hospitality business management majors as to which companies are a safe choice to work for, because of the numerous rumors and scandals. This project will benefit hospitality majors by identifying what distinguishes respectable cruise ship employers from unscrupulous ones and will benefit management of cruise ships by comparing their companies to others.
For this project we have to interview 5 managers of cruise ships. I had 2 connections and another member of my group had one, but we still need two more! The interview is required by our professor to be done via phone and it will only take about 15 minutes! I can even send you the questions ahead of time if you are worried about the content. If you are a manager working or one who has previously worked on a ship, we could really use your help!
