Ship Internet Cafes

I've used a few internet cafes on board now, and I think some aren't very good. Some I've seen are really slow to use, and keep crashing. Some you can't get on a PC. I want to know which are best because it's really important to me to be able to read my email when I'm away.

Explorer of the Seas had a great setup in the library. I read my email 2X & sent email, no problems.
