blackjack on Celebrity (Galaxy)

Curious as to the BJ rules on Celebrity Galaxy...
- minimum/maximum bids
- number of decks
- dealer hit or stand on soft 17
- splits allowed
- resplits allowed
- doubles allowed on what numbers
- doubles allowed after a split
- surrender

Do they hold a BlackJack tournament during the week?
