Cruise lines all play by the Nevada Gaming Commission rules. Progressive jackpots etc are usually not found on ships.....obviously not Blackjack but Let it Ride, caribbean Stud, slots, etc.

A combination of Nevada, New Jersey and England rules apply, they too are open for interpetation. You can find all kinds of house rules in LasVegas alone. Currently the Princess line follows these: 6-deck shoes. 2to1 pay off on a dealt blackjack. This is a good wager as many LV casino's are now pushing for a 6to5 payout. You can take a side wager for a dollar. If you receive a blackjack, you will be eligible for a bonus pay out. 5x to 100x the side bet. (Based on the spin of a wheel). You can split and re-split pairs and Aces. You can double on 9 or better. You can play more than one position on the table. The dealer stands on all seventeens. (Some LV casino's require their dealers to hit on a soft seventeen; not on the Princess.) The Princess line is governed by the guideliness and ethics of the ICCL, a regulatory agency established by the cruiseline industry with 17 cruiseline's currenty paticipating. They are the final say in disputes regarding gaming irregularities. The ship rules for all games are available in the casino.
