We were on the Dream Nov. 26,2005. The "free Ace" you can use in BlackJack. You just lay it down on the table when ever you chose to use it. They give you two, but only one can be used at a time. You can move on over to another table and use the second one. I saved my 2nd one for the next night play. I was lucky when I used mine. I layed it down and my other card I was dealt, was an ace. I split, and was given a facecard on both. Double BlackJack! I can't help you with the Triple Play, but if you buy $10 in chips they give you $15. This is a one time deal, which you can buy any night on your cruise. To get the free Ace, you just need to go up to the Casino Counter and give them your cabin number. I play both tables and slots, and found the slots that are marked "Loose" were really loose. I did fairly well. We had a lot of Winners on our cruise. One other thing NCL has their "Casino at Sea" Club. The Dream is an older ship and their slots did not have a slot card device on the machines, so they keep track manually, by walking around to track your play. I was given back a nice sum, which they put on my shipboard account. A nice surprize when I went to settle my shipboard account.
