sign & sail card in casino questions

Hi
I know you can use your sign & sail card to get money added to your slot machine for a 3% surcharge. Is there a way that you can have that stopped on the guests that are included on your sign & sail account? I don't want my sometimes smart son to use that access of getting some extra cash. I have mentioned to him that you can put in $20 in a slot machine and use your sign & sail card to switch what you have left or won to another machine without cashing out a lot of coins. much easier don't you think.

I was on the Valor in Nov. used my s&s card in the casino, I had points accumulated, I cashed out what $$ I had on the last day. I was wondering if the points toward cashback that I had accumulated will follow me on the new cruise with a different s&s card?
