Not that I have ever heard of. There may be some tables or slot areas designated as non-smoking, but I have never heard of of a casino that was smoke-free.

Default smoke free casino
Some HAL ships have smoke free casinos. The Noordam does for sure. I was just on her.

The Paradise has NOT been smoke free for several years.

Oceania and Seabourn are the only cruise lines which come to mind which have smoke free casinos.

Oceania and Disney are the only to have smoke free cabins.
