Casino host on the Golden Princess

Could somebody please tell me how I can contact the Casino host of the Golden Princess? Is there an email address? Last summer on a Carnival cruise I contacted the host prior to the cruise. I told her I spent a good amount of time in the casino and she was able to look up my past information..She sent us a lovely bottle of wine and a gift basket. She also bought me a few drinks when she saw me in the Casino...Thanks for your help..lpt
