Casino Open on Alaskan Itineraries?

We are not big gamblers but enjoy a bit of it while cruising. We will be doing a R/T Vancouver to Juneau, Ketchikan, and Prince Rupert BC itinerary. How often might the casino be open? I does not seem like we will be that far off shore into international waters for the casino to be open very often. Same goes for duty free shopping.

This will not make or break the cruise for us at all, just wondering.

If I remember right the casino and shops are open whenever the ship is not in port. You'll have plenty of time to "buy" part of the ship. Have a blast = Alaska's gorgeous!

The shops are open when not in port and so is the casino. The only time they had the casino shut while we were sailing was the night we left Victoria and sailed to Seattle.
