Default Casinos at Sea question

How many hours of play does it take to qualify
for a discount. On our recent cruise DH played a good
bit (with his card) of BJ but when we got home and tried
to book another they said he didnt have enough hours
but she wasnt able to say how many is enough

Any of ya'll know?

Thanks in advance

The only two lines I know of which provide comped drinks and discounted future cruise travel is Norwegian and Royal Caribbean.

I have a contact over at Celebrity / Royal Caribbean and after talking with her, this is what she shared with me (regarind RCI). They do offer a reward program for upgrades and future cruise travel credits, but it's by "Invitation Only"! She said you would need to go to their website and enroll in their "Club Royale" program. You will begin to receive mailers, etc. but to qualifiy for discounts for spending money in the Casino, this plan was "Invitation Only".

My best guess is they want you to enroll in their Club Royale program, then see how much you spend in the Casino on your next cruise. Maybe after that, they'll ping you for some future deals? Just a guess, sorry I couldn't help out more...heck, I just budget a roll of quarters or two for our favorite slots! lol.

Happy Sailing and good luck in the Casinos!

I just got off a cruise on ncl spirit. I used my card and and ended up with 28 points. You need 24 or more points to collect. Under 24 points you don't get anything. You can cash them in for three things. 1-applied to your shipboard account. 2-get a receipt and have it added to your next cruise. Can't remember what the third one was. Each point is worth one dollar. So i got a $28.00 credit on my onboard account. You can carry the points over to your next cruise only if you go on the same ship and cruise in a year or less.. Hope this helps.
