I need help picking out a cabin catagory for the Navigator of the seas. I will be traveling with 3 other buddies so I need a cabin that can sleep four. I don't want to pay for a suite, but I was wondering what other people have picked when traveling with four people. It was hard looking at the brochure to see what was available.
Hey Mike, not sure when you are planning to go - just checked some rates for Jan 25,03. Total for 4 people in a cat H (outside) = 2,937.80...including opt cruise ins of $99 per person. Not including airfare.
I usually pick the cheapest cabin, you aren't going to be in it that much ! One with 2 bunks will easily handle 4, you are going to have to get ready (shower, etc) in shifts anyway. Save the $$ and spend it on another cruise!
Enjoy....7 days till we leave for Sydney, Australia and the Regal Princess!
Having been on 4 RCI cruises( Song of America
Monarch OTS,Rhapsody OTS and Adventer OTS) I can tell you that all of RCI cabins are small!
One time we had three in a cat. C mini suite
and it was still a bit tight. For 4 people
I would book at least a cat C on the Navigator.
You guys still want to be friends after the cruise go for the extra space even if it cost more or book 2 smaller/cheaper cabins!
