Default Caribbean Princess Food

The two speciality restaurants on board...Are they REALLY good? Is Sterlings just a Morton's or Ruth's Chris at sea? (steaks, huge potato, creamed spinach, etc.) You know, the food in the dining rooms is so so good. I can see that Sabatini could have Italian items not served anywhere else on board. Anywhere I can see menus of these two dining rooms?

The Sterling House is a PC venue on the Diamond. The main item is prime rib with the potato, etc. The onion rings are great. But I don't believe there is any charge for dining there. Sabitinis is a feast -- a 3 hour dinner from what I have heard. Bring your appetite. Chuck says the brunch is a great value.
