Disney is very friendly to gays.
My partner Dan and I have cruise DCL 9 times with the 10th being the August repo eastbound through the Panama Canal next month.
We have only cruised DCL since we are both Disney fanatics.
There is so much to do even without a casino which doesn't play a factor in our cruiseline choice.
We have sailed in September ,October, December,and January.
Halloween sailings are so fun as the ship is decorated,passengers/crew wear costumes, and on our sailing there was also trick or treat for the kids
We have made many friends as the castmembers remember us everytime we sail.
There are usually 2-5 couples on every sailing that we have done.
More family should sail DCL to try it out--its not just for straight couples!
Also most of the time the kids are "locked up" on deck 5 at the kids clubs.
The ships are tastefully decorated not "Vegas style".
