How many trans Atl have you done? I am very interested however I am a little concerned about the 6-8 days at sea. Are these trips usually booked solid? Any chance of upgrade if I were to book an inside? Are there many family members on board?

This will be my third transatlantic. I love them. The several consecutive days at sea are lazy, relaxing and often packed with shipboard activities. You really get to indulge yourself without worrying about missing out on anything the ship has to offer. There's plenty of time to whatever you wish to do. What's nice about this itinerary is that after the long crossing you basically get a full eastern Caribbean cruise before arriving in Tampa.

Can't say if you'd get an upgrade or not. There seem to be cabins available.
