Steam Room / Sauna on Legend

Are the sauna and steamroom on Legend of the Seas free to use or are they part of the SPA? Are they communal? Does anyone know if they are open first thing in the morning after an early gym workout?

On every ship I have been on, the sauna's and steamrooms are free for all guests. They do close down around 11pm and reopen at around 7am. However, on one ship I had sailed on, it was 24/7. Good hunting!
